• Rules of Redemption and Register to Win:

1. COX RADIO CONTESTING REQUIRES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.  ALL U.S. FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL 

  LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

 2. CONTEST WINNERS ARE LIMITED TO ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD EVERY 30 DAYS. 

3. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc., Cox Radio, Inc., its affiliates, other radio stations, media outlets, promotional sponsors, and all affiliated companies (and the immediate family members of all such employees, and all others with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate in the contest or win prizes. The term immediate families include spouses, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.  In addition, employees and immediate families of employees of Anheuser-Busch Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesaler distributors, and individual retail licensees are ineligible.  Winners must be at least 21 years of age.

  4. ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of people attempting to participate in the contest at any given time.

  5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Cox Radio, Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.  The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.  As a condition of receiving the contest prize, the Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, which must be signed at the time the winner claims his/her prize at the Cox Radio, Inc. Richmond Business Office.  Failure to sign the affidavit or release, failure to claim a prize within designated contest window, or failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Cox Radio, Inc., result in winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize.

Designated Prize Windows:

• 200 TVs: on-air promotion will run 4/1- 4/30- 45 Winners will be chosen each week on Monday 4/5- 5/3 and will have until 5:00pm on the following Friday to claim prize at Cox Radio. 
• 150 Steel Bev Carts: on-air promotion will run 5/3- 5/30- 32 Winners will be chosen each week on Monday 5/10-5/31 and will have until 5:00pm on the following Friday to claim prize at Cox Radio. 
• 34 iPod Cooler Docking Stations:  on-air promotion will run 5/31-6/13.
• 16 Winners will be chosen each week on Monday 6/7-6/14 and will have until 5:00pm on 6/19 at Burning Up the Bottom to claim prize at 17th Street Farmers Market, Red, White, & Brew Festival. 
• Brown Distributing will be responsible for transporting the 32 prizes to 17th Street Farmers Market on 6/19 by 10:00am.   
• Cox Radio will be responsible for distribution of the prizes to winner. 

• 48 iPod Cooler Docking Stations:  on-air promotion will run 6/14-7/4.
• 16 Winners will be chosen each the week of 6/21 and 6/28 for a total of 32 prizes and will have until 8:00pm on 7/2 to claim prize at 17th Street Farmers Market, Red, White, & Brew Festival. 
• 16 Winners will be chosen each the week of 7/5 and will have until 8:00pm on 7/9 to claim prize at 17th Street Farmers Market, Red, White, & Brew Festival. 
• Brown Distributing will be responsible for transporting the prizes to 17th Street Farmers Market on 7/2 and 7/9 (32 week of 7/2; 16 week of 7/9).   
• Cox Radio will be responsible for distribution of the prizes to winner. 
• 2 iPod Cooler Docking Stations will be held for register to win on-site at this event 6/19/10.
• 150 Michelob Ultra Bikes: on-air promotion will run 7/5-8/1- 32 Winners will be chosen each week on Monday 7/12-8/2 and will have until 8:00pm on the following Friday to claim prize at 17th Street Farmers Market, Red, White, & Brew Festival. 
• 100 Bud Light Mini Fridges:  on-air promotion will run 8/2-9/5- 16 Winners will be chosen each week on Monday 8/9-9/6 and will have until 8:00pm on the following Friday to claim prize at 17th Street Farmers Market, Red, White, & Brew Festival. 
• 200 TV’s: on-air promotion will run 11/29-12/31- 25 Winners will be chosen each week on Monday 12/6/10- 1/3/11 and will have until 5:00pm on the following Friday to claim prize at Cox Radio. 

Winners will be notified by phone.  Prizes not claimed and/or forfeited will need to be transported back to Brown Distributing by Brown Distributing.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the Winner's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in on-air promotional announcements and other promotional material from Cox Radio, Inc. and on the Cox Radio Interactive Web sites, and to the inclusion of his or her name and image in any other related publications or Web sites for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or additional compensation.  The Winner's list may be obtained by sending a request with self-addressed, stamped envelope to 812 Moorefield Park Drive, Suite 300, Richmond, VA 23236.
